Turn Halitosis into a
Structured Care Pathway

Halitosis is caused by oral pathology in 80-90% of cases and it affects 25-40% of the population, yet most dental practices either ignore it or offer superficial advice. OED provides a structured, proven system that transforms halitosis into a documented, profitable care pathway — complete with patient communication scripts, diagnostic workflows, treatment protocols, and ongoing maintenance programs.

As much as 50% of your practice may have chronic Halitosis

Rapid implementation starting with patient screening, conversion to elective care, education tools, financing options, and proven closing techniques.

3

TMD/Headache Integration

Staff-mediated care delivery, supported by multi-diode laser therapy, and other proven support tools.

4

Sleep Apnea Referral System

Predictable referral workflows, indirectly paid by medical insurance — if you qualify, learn how.

For Practice Transition

Position your practice for premium Private Equity valuations with documented systems and team-driven operations.

PE buyers don't pay premiums for ideas or DIY workflows. They pay for documented, repeatable systems that reduce loss of key-person risk and produce predictable revenue. The difference between a discounted valuation and a premium multiple frequently comes down to one question: "Can this practice run without the owner?"

What Buyers Fear

  • - Owner-dependent operations
  • - Undocumented processes
  • - Key-person risk
  • - Unprovable growth claims

What Buyers Pay For

  • + Proven systems
  • + Team-driven operations
  • + Documented workflows

Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about our program.

Revenue potential depends on practice size, patient volume, and how fully you implement the OED system. OED care pathways are designed to generate significant recurring revenue across halitosis treatment, TMD/headache and migraine care, as well as oral sleep appliance referrals. Practices that implement all pathways and build referral systems as taught can generate seven figures or more in additional annual revenue. During your consultation, we'll review your specific situation and provide realistic projections based on practices similar to yours.

Consider this: the average dental practice spends $150–$300 to acquire a single new patient through marketing. This doesn't include introductory giveaways. OED's referral pathways bring patients in for essentially no marketing cost—and those patients arrive pre-qualified for high-value care. The program includes all training, protocols, staff materials, and support. Following a deferment period, the cost is likely less than a car payment. If accepted, you may qualify for up to six months of deferred payments so you can begin generating revenue before your first payment is due. You will actually spend less money than you will save on your current marketing. We'll discuss specific pricing during your consultation call as this varies depending on what equipment you may already have.

You could try to build these systems yourself, but most practices that go the DIY route encounter implementation friction, missed conversions, mispricing and valuation risk. Without proven scripts, staff training, and documented workflows, you're likely leaving significant revenue on the table. Consider this: if a single missed halitosis conversion costs you $2,000–$5,000 in additional patient value, and you miss even just a few per month, the cost of not having a proven system far exceeds the cost of implementing one. More importantly, DIY systems rarely pass Private Equity due diligence—buyers want standardized, repeatable, documented processes, not one-off solutions.

Following Acceptance, module training can begin within days. Many practices launch initial halitosis pathways for care within the first 1–2 weeks. The full integration of all pathways develops over time as you and your staff build competency and confidence with each module. The OED program is designed to be done at your own pace.

Once ordered, most equipment ships within 10–20 business days, but your office will start the program within just days of program acceptance. The program is designed to be do-at-your-own-pace, so you can begin training and patient screening while waiting for equipment delivery. We provide a detailed equipment list as we determine and will support it at no additional cost to you. Without both, success is unlikely.

We don't offer free trials—and here's why. You wouldn't go on Craigslist to find a surgeon for your child, and you shouldn't look for bargain-basement training for your practice either. Our program requires genuine commitment because it delivers real clinical education and business systems. Once you learn our protocols and implement our workflows, that knowledge doesn't get "returned." Practices that aren't fully invested don't see results, and we'd rather work with dentists who are serious about optimizing their practice. Equipment is purchased through our supplier only, and everything else to support its use is included. That said, our consultation is free and designed to help you and us determine if this is the right fit.

In short, a significant amount. The OED program is specifically designed to be staff-mediated, which is one of the key reasons it increases practice value. Staff can handle patient screening, education, treatment coordination, and much of the hands-on care delivery. For oral appliance fitting specifically, you can either do it yourself, train your team, or farm out the fitting to a specialist—any way to chose, the referral revenue flows through your practice. We provide specific staff training materials and role definitions so you know exactly what can be delegated. The more your team can run these pathways independently, the more valuable your practice becomes to a future buyer.
